Liver values, cholesterol, uric acid and the white cells

The liver reports are read because the liver decides three of the file's other values. If the liver does not work properly, accumulation of cholesterol begins and it settles on the inner walls of the arteries, from which the arteries slowly become narrow and disorders in the heart and kidneys are born — by correcting the function of the liver, this therapy keeps the level of cholesterol correct. And the chief responsibility for the metabolism of uric acid belongs to the liver: if the liver does not work properly, uric acid rises above normal — a chief cause of gout, or of pain in the joints, which makes the sour parhez a thing you will not compromise on (Food as Medicine).

TAKE CARE

What the liver and white-cell reports change

(1) point Liv × 6 treatments, given all day at one-hour intervals — for hepatitis, jaundice, cirrhosis or fatty infiltration of the liver; for all serious or long-standing diseases; for erythropoietin and B₁₂ deficiency; and to raise RBC or haemoglobin, especially in pregnant women.

(1) Liv — 3 points reduces fever and fights infection through the Kupffer cells, lowers blood cholesterol, keeps blood sugar correct, and may be given in any disease. But if there is cancer in the liver, do not give it.

In a heart patient: (3) Gal (7) Liv improves the digestion of fats, from which cholesterol will increase, which will increase the trouble in heart disease. In its place, (1) single point liver × 6 treatments is given.

Gal — do not give in leukaemia, blood cancer or other diseases arising from a raised white cell count (nor in asthma, where it increases the trouble).

Spl makes WBCs and antibodies by means of the spleen and is given in viral fever, septicaemia, HIV and the like — but not in diabetes or other autoimmune disorders, nor in cold, allergy or asthma, and nowadays not in cancer. Infectious and inflammatory disorders are treated in opposite ways (Fire and Swelling).

The retired surveyor whose folder held one useful line

In his own words. "No strength. Climbing to the first floor I have to stop. Sugar is there since fourteen years. All reports I have brought."

The folder, read aloud. An old knee X-ray, three lipid panels, a clean stress test, two normal scans, a four-year-old thyroid report — each said out loud to change nothing, the stress test twice over, because he had been frightened of his heart for a year. Then a sheet eleven weeks old, never discussed: creatinine raised, urea raised, noted repeat in 3/12.

Observed and palpated. Soft, heavy abdomen; tenderness at Const and Pan; the flank pair Prone tender at Liv°, silent on the left Right ; sensation reduced over both soles, tested before any pressure was given; hard stools; tongue coated; UDF – Yes (The Fire and the Ash). One picture, not three: a digestion that had not absorbed for years, a bowel slowed with it, two organs downstream showing it.

What the reports changed. Mu° and Liv° not given, pending the physician's word; the feet examined before every session and pressed with care ▲ Take care ; and a return that week to the doctor whose repeat nobody had taken. Digestive work first (Setting the Stomach), then constipation work on the right Right . By week four he climbed one flight without stopping; at week six the repeat came unchanged, which changed nothing either, and was written down.

Where it failed. In week seven the weakness returned. The plan was not changed; the history was retaken, and a nephew's tin of protein powder came out — never classed as a medicine, because it is not a tablet (The History That Cannot Mislead You).

What this case teaches

Read every page and say what each one does. The changed nothings are what make the one that matters believable.

A raised creatinine withholds a point; it does not stop the treatment — and a doctor's instruction nobody carried out is itself a finding.

A long diabetic's feet are examined before they are pressed, sensation being his only alarm.

FROM AYURVEDA AND YOGA

Ten minutes of the morning sun, on the beads of the spine

Sunlight is not a supplement; it is the first step in making the hormone that lets calcium into the body at all. Beneath the skin lies an inactive form of vitamin D waiting for ultraviolet light, and the liver and kidneys finish the work.

This is why those who work in the fields or in the sun rarely get osteoporosis or other troubles of the bones. In cities people shy away from the sun and their bones do not become strong; then one day a heavy load is lifted and all sorts of troubles arrive.

The habit worth giving a patient is small: ten to fifteen minutes of the gentle rays of the morning sun, every day, on the beads of the spine. It costs nothing, and it is one of the very few instructions in this wiki a patient enjoys keeping.

सावधानी

Spl तिल्ली (spleen) के ज़रिए WBC और एंटीबॉडी बनाता है और दिया जाता है वायरल बुख़ार, सेप्टिसीमिया, HIV वगैरह में — पर डायबिटीज़ या दूसरी ऑटोइम्यून गड़बड़ियों में नहीं, न ही सर्दी-ज़ुकाम, एलर्जी (allergy) या दमे में, और आजकल कैंसर में भी नहीं। इन्फ़ेक्शन वाली और सूजन वाली गड़बड़ियों का इलाज एक-दूसरे से उल्टे तरीक़े से होता है (सूजन, इन्फ़ेक्शन, चोट और पोलियो — Adr, ITF और थायरॉइड ऐस्टरिस्क)।

यह केस क्या सिखाता है

खून की शुगर लाल कणों के अंदर बैठे हीमोग्लोबिन से धीरे-धीरे चिपकती जाती है, और एक बार चिपक जाए तो छूटती नहीं। लाल कण करीब तीन महीने जीता है और ख़ुद को रगड़कर साफ़ नहीं कर सकता। इसलिए जितने हीमोग्लोबिन की पीठ पर शुगर लदी है, वह अनुपात उस कण की पूरी ज़िंदगी का हिसाब है।

इसलिए खून की एक जाँच पूरे तीन महीने की ख़बर दे सकती है। और जो रोगी अपॉइंटमेंट से चार दिन पहले पूरी ईमानदारी से गोलियाँ खा लेता है, वह इसे हिला भी नहीं सकता। आम फ़ाइल में यही अकेली वैल्यू है जिसे सेट नहीं किया जा सकता।

आयुर्वेद और योग से

सुबह की धूप के दस मिनट, रीढ़ के मनकों पर

धूप कोई सप्लीमेंट नहीं है। वह तो उस हार्मोन (hormone) को बनाने का पहला क़दम है जो कैल्शियम को शरीर के अंदर आने ही देता है। त्वचा के नीचे विटामिन D का एक सोया हुआ रूप पड़ा रहता है और अल्ट्रावायलेट रोशनी का इंतज़ार करता है; बाक़ी काम लीवर और किडनी पूरा करते हैं।
