Thirteen formulas and variants, one system, and a patient in front of you. The question is never which is the strongest acid formula — it is which kingdom is this patient in today, and has anything been left undone that must come first. The table below is the article read backwards, from the finding to the formula. (Figure 28.7)

WHAT TO CARRY AWAY

Two families, two points, two sides. Acidosis — from a deficiency of water — shows at Mu°, the left kidney, and is corrected by left-sided work; alkalosis — from an increase of water — shows at Liv°, the right kidney, and is corrected by right-sided work. Acidosis gives many troubles that are easy to set right; alkalosis gives fewer that do not get right easily.

The gate on the acid formula is absolute in its own terms. If there is no pain in Mu°⁺⁺⁺, ATF is not to be given. Only where there is more pain at Mu° and no pain at Liv°, or very little indeed, is it used at all.

A correct treatment repeated onto a corrected body is a correction in the wrong direction. That is the whole lesson of Chandigarh: the acid fell too far, which is the same as the alkali rising, and one chief symptom of alkali rising is an increase of pain in the body. The tender point had moved from Mu° to Liv° overnight. One treatment of NAN set it right.

ATF has two forms sharing four steps. (8) Pan (1) Gal (3) Mu° (1) acid, then either (4) Lt. Ch. Only (6) Adr — the default, from which most people obtain more benefit — or (4) Thymus+Chest, chosen by injury · viral or bacterial infection · pimples on the face or boils in the body · recently appeared itching, allergy or skin disease.

Thymus and Thymus Chest are not given to diabetic patients — because diabetes is held to be an auto-immune disorder in which the thymus is hyper — but it is not the case that every diabetic patient will be harmed by Thymus, and a diabetic who reports that Adr did not suit him ought to be given Thymus or Thymus Chest. In a diabetic patient, Loveleen Sulta ulta given along with ATF gives further benefit.

For pimples, Adr is not given — they occur from viral infection — and the formula is form (b) with (3) Swt added to provoke the sweat glands.

Light before heavy. A gland which is already spoiled should first be provoked less, so that it slowly begins to work. The old heavy ATF gave (3) Gal (7) Mu° (3) acid; the light form gives (1), (3), (1), and the chest step acquired a side. The light treatment may be given to all patients and especially in severe or chronic disease — cancer, hepatitis, cirrhosis, rheumatoid arthritis. Two or three light treatments in place of one heavy one.

The coma formula teaches by what it leaves out. (8) Pan (1) Gal (2) acid (4) Lt. Ch. Only, given twice, with Mu° deliberately omitted because both kidneys were spoiled and the creatinine greatly raised — and the honest closing line, in fact this patient had gone into coma from some other cause.

Calcium in the wrong place needs both Thymus and Adrenal — as two orders, never merged. I (8) Pan (3) Gal (7) Liv (4) acid (4) Thymus+Chest · II (8) Pan (3) Gal (7) Liv (4) Mu° (3) acid (10) Adr. Some Parkinson's patients, CP children with hard constipation, and those whose muscles have stiffened with age obtained benefit.

ALTF carries a prerequisite unlike anything else in the formulary. Even when there is pain in Liv° we should not give ALTF first. We should first give the UDF formula — because the alkali that appears raised may be normal, and only look raised because the stomach's acid has fallen. The tell is Gas tenderness and undigested food in the stool.

ALTF is given only when three things have happened: after some days of UDF the stool comes properly, the Gas pain goes, and even then there is pain at Gal, Liv, Liv°. Then (1) Gal (1) Liv – 3 points (1) Rt.Ov (1) Liv° (2) Rt. Ch. Only × 3 trts. — and no Pan at its head.

The two reduced forms are the therapy's discipline made visible. No Liv° pain, drop Liv°. No Rt. Ov. pain either, drop that too. If any organ has no need, then it should not be provoked. Provoke only when there is pain — otherwise not.

The 1,25 DCC formula is a pathway walked in order — sun, then (7) Liv, then (4) Para, then (7) Liv° (7) Mu°, then (8) Ch. Only (20) ↑|↓. The chest is rubbed left first, right afterwards; Left Chest Only reduces Mu° pain, Right Chest Only reduces Liv° pain; and the chest with the spinal arrow together maintain the balance of acid and alkali. Half an hour in the sun daily, and — because the calcium binding protein takes 48 hours — leave a day in between if it is to be given a second time.

In osteoporosis, (4) Para alone is refused; the full 1,25 DCC formula is the mandatory whole. Given separately by itself it lifts calcium from the bone into the blood, which is exactly why it is the point for bone grown at an unwanted place — and exactly the wrong thing for a hollow one. And if the kidneys are spoiled, 1,25 DCC will not be made, and such bones cannot bear even a little pressure.

The stool chooses the version. Banana-like → the standard formula. Goat-like pellets with constipation → (4) Ch. Only with (20) ↑|↓. Cow-dung-like → Ulta 1,25 DCC, Mu° before Liv° and the arrow before the chest, underlined. Three or four thin motions a day → the reversed order with (10) ↑|↓ and (8) Ch. Only, the balance broken on purpose and the reason written beside it.

Gas 'I' is one point and four treatments. (12) for Parkinson's · (9) — perhaps BP will rise; this is to be tested on more patients · (6) to bring systolic BP down · (3), for which nowadays (1) Gas 'I' – 6 points is given instead, which is more beneficial. And the warning that decides which of them you actually gave: six seconds only, and do not talk while giving it — nine seconds at every place turns (6) into (9), from which the patient's BP can rise further.
