Rt. Ov. — Right Ovary (राईट ओवरी)
First place both feet on both sides of their neck. Then, with your right sole, give pressure on their left hand at three places from elbow to wrist. The other foot stays near the ear. At each place press with the middle part of the sole for six seconds and release. Done once from elbow to wrist, this is called (1) Rt. Ov. Do as many rounds as are written. (Figure 17.1)
| Patient's position | Supine, no pillow under the head unless there is need of one; the therapist at the head end, supported on both chairs Supine |
|---|---|
| Where the feet are placed | Both feet first beside the neck; then the right sole on the patient's left forearm at three places, elbow → wrist; the left foot stays near the ear, carrying nothing Left |
| Duration and repetitions | 6 seconds at each place, middle of the sole; one elbow-to-wrist pass = (1) Rt. Ov.; as many rounds as are written 6 sec |
| What it is for | Reduces the pain below the navel on the right side, and especially increases blood circulation in the right ovary and in the region of the appendix in women |
Read the crossing first. The point is named Right Ovary and given on the left forearm — the atlas rule again: the arms answer pains between the navel and the perineum, and the left limb answers the right of the navel.
