In the disease called pneumonia, a bad effect falls upon the kidneys.

For that too, the appropriate Kidney clear treatment is to be given according to the condition of the body. This treatment is also to be given to those who have come to us for some other illness and, on asking, we learn that they had pneumonia at some time in childhood.

This treatment will also give benefit to those children who have loose motions three or four times a day — as is found in some CP children.

And one thing more, which is written as a question and stays one. One function of dopamine is to increase the blood flow in the kidneys. So for problems of the kidneys, will (20) Medulla also be beneficial? Further research is to be done on this.

That last paragraph is the whole of the K in ADK, arrived at from the other end — and the open question in it is the same open question as the one attached to the Angiotensin formula a a little earlier. Two independent lines of reasoning have both arrived at this is to be tested, and neither has been tested. That is where the material stands and this wiki leaves it standing.

Two further observations belong here, both from practice rather than from theory.

The son of Shri Anil Bhalerao ji of Pune had pimples — that is, acne — and allergy, and along with it Gal +++. Shri Bhalerao gave the New Gal formula on the first day, and on the second day the New Gal formula together with the Kidney clear treatment. The next morning all the pimples came out. The face was so clean that it was beyond belief.

And a second observation of Bhalerao ji's: if there is swelling in the body — whether it be because of the heart or because the kidneys are not working properly — then giving that patient (10) Pan × 3 treatments often brings benefit. If full benefit is not obtained from that, then afterwards the appropriate Kidney clear treatment can be given.

A CASE FROM PRACTICE

The woman whose skin told you which formula to give

A composite case, assembled to teach the reasoning rather than taken from one patient's file.

Sumitra Rane · 44 · tailor · Sangli · came with patches on both elbows and a low back that "never lets go"

What she said. "Psoriasis, the doctor called it. Eight years. And the back — the back is since my second child." The skin, she said, was dry and scaly and cracked in winter; she had been using a cream that thinned it for a while and then stopped working.

What was observed and palpated. Dry, silvery, well-edged plaques on both elbows and along the hairline. Motions every second day, hard. Menses running five days, regular. Blood pressure 106/70, and she said it had "always been on the low side". On gentle inward pressure, more pain at Mu° than at Liv° — distinctly more. And the left ring finger was tender to a rub, the right was not.

Which reports mattered. Her ultrasound of the abdomen mattered, because low back pain plus a history of two episodes of loin pain years ago raises the question of a stone and of which side it is on; it showed a small stone in the left kidney. Her creatinine mattered, and was normal. A skin biopsy from four years earlier changed nothing at all about what would be done with the hands.

What was chosen, and why. Every key turned the same way. Presenting complaint: psoriasis, a dry skin disease — and low back pain — and a left kidney stone, three items from the first group. Qualifying findings: hard motion · more pain at Mu° than at Liv° · menses four days or more · pain in the left ring finger · BP normal or sometimes low — five of the five. Kidney Clear, and not its ulta.

Which grade, and why not the biggest one. Eight years of skin disease is a chronic illness, and a gland which is already spoiled should first be provoked less, so that it slowly begins to work. She was begun at grade I — Mild Kidney Clear — and moved to grade II in the third week and grade III in the sixth. The tail went up the ladder with the head, in proportion, at every step.

What was not done, and why. She had pain along with the stone on two of the days she attended, and the written substitution for that is Th + Ch in place of the tail. It was not made. The reason is in the bar printed against that point: Thymus + Chest is not given in kidney diseases, and she had a stone under treatment. The substitution stayed available in principle and unused in her.

What went wrong, and how it was caught. In week nine she went backwards — skin weeping at the edges for the first time in eight years, motions loose, and she mentioned in passing that her period that month had lasted a day and a half. She had also started a new tablet from a dermatologist and had not said so. She was re-examined from the beginning as though she were new, and the findings had turned over: more pain now at Liv°, the right ring finger sore, loose motions, scanty flow. The formula was turned over with them — Ulta Kidney Clear, at the grade she had reached — and she was reminded, plainly and without scolding, that a tablet started elsewhere is a thing her therapist needs to know about, not a thing to hide.

What this case teaches

The two-key rule keeps you honest. A complaint from the first list and a finding from the second. She had eight; a patient with none of the second list gets a different plan.

Climb the grades; do not start at the top. The staircase exists because a spoiled gland should first be provoked less.

The formula follows the body, not the diagnosis. Her psoriasis did not change in week nine. Her direction did, and the direction is what selects between the plain form and the ulta.

A written substitution is not a permission. Th + Ch is written for pain with the stone, and it is written against kidney disease. Read both before you swap.

Of all the designs in the body this is the most extravagant and the most revealing.

About a hundred and eighty litres of the fluid part of the blood is pushed through the kidneys' sieves every day — very nearly a bathtub. Of that, one or two litres leave as urine. Everything else is taken back: all the sugar, all the amino acids, about ninety-nine parts in a hundred of the salt, and almost all the water.

Nobody would build a factory that way. But it is why the organ is so responsive: because everything is already out on the belt, the body can change its mind about how much salt, water, acid or bicarbonate to keep from one hour to the next, simply by altering how much it reclaims. A therapy that speaks of provoking the kidneys is speaking about an organ built, from the ground up, to be adjusted.
