The Inflammation Treatment Formula — ITF
Two points, two mechanisms, two days — and the bar each one brings
Now we have obtained two separate points for putting inflammation right. Seeing the easy method of their treatment and their miraculous results, there is no doubt these were given to Guruji by some superhuman power. Both are wonderful treatments for stopping inflammation in the body.
But they work in different ways. That sentence is the reason there is a formula at all rather than a choice between two treatments. (6) Adr is aimed at the adrenal cortex, and through it at cortisol, the body's own officer for calling the defence home. (30) Medulla is aimed at the prostaglandins, the local chemicals that make a site red, hot, swollen and tender in the first place. One works from the gland; the other works at the site. Give both and you have gone at the fire from two ends. (Figure 32.2)
This treatment has been used on many thousands of patients with such good results — what is there to say? Since the formula stops inflammation it was named the Inflammation treatment formula.
