The Inflammation Treatment Formula — ITF

Two points, two mechanisms, two days — and the bar each one brings

Now we have obtained two separate points for putting inflammation right. Seeing the easy method of their treatment and their miraculous results, there is no doubt these were given to Guruji by some superhuman power. Both are wonderful treatments for stopping inflammation in the body.

But they work in different ways. That sentence is the reason there is a formula at all rather than a choice between two treatments. (6) Adr is aimed at the adrenal cortex, and through it at cortisol, the body's own officer for calling the defence home. (30) Medulla is aimed at the prostaglandins, the local chemicals that make a site red, hot, swollen and tender in the first place. One works from the gland; the other works at the site. Give both and you have gone at the fire from two ends. (Figure 32.2)

This treatment has been used on many thousands of patients with such good results — what is there to say? Since the formula stops inflammation it was named the Inflammation treatment formula.

Two ends of one fire. Why ITF holds two treatments rather than one given twice: (6) Adr at the gathered palms beside T6, reaching the adrenal cortex and cortisol; (30) Medulla at the neck below the ears, reaching the prostaglandins at the site — and the bar each one carries.

What distinguishes the two days

Students ask why this formula is written across two days at all, when almost nothing else in the formulary is. Look at what is actually different between them, because the answer is on the card. (Figure 32.3)

Day one carries the Medulla. Day two does not. (30) Medulla appears once in the whole formula, at the very front of the first day, and never again. It is the opening move, and it is made once.

Day one gives (6) Adr twice. Day two gives it three times. The adrenal treatment does not stay level; it increases on the second day — two occasions, then three.

So the shape of the formula is: one large stroke at the chemicals of the site, then a rising course at the gland. The site is quietened on day one; the gland is then worked harder on day two, when there is no Medulla competing for the session. Read that way, the two days are not a schedule. They are the treatment.

And the practical reading of it, for a therapist with a card in his hand: a day on which you find (6) Adr written three times and no (30) Medulla is not an incomplete session. It is the second day. Before you go looking for a missing step, look at the date.

Key teaching

Which bar belongs to which point

ITF contains (30) Medulla, and therefore ITF inherits (30) Medulla's prohibition: not to patients of heart disease. That bar is written against (30) and belongs to (30).

It does not bring with it the prohibitions written against other members of the Medulla family. A prohibition belongs to the count it is written against, and a formula inherits only the bars of the points it actually contains. The Medulla Family is exact on this and it is not re-argued here.

What ITF does inherit from (6) Adr is (6) Adr's own bar: not where immunity is already low. And the formula's own caution then adds the rest — septicaemia, cancer, AIDS, and patients of heart disease — do not give.

The acute regimen — a sting, a bite, a swelling that is still growing

The formula above is a course. What follows is what is done when the thing is happening in front of you.

Notice what the regimen is measured in. Not sessions of thirty minutes, not days — twenty-minute intervals, and a result checked at each one. Almost nothing else in this wiki is dosed by watching. This is.

Practical tips — joining ITF to another formula

Key teaching

ITF is a formula that joins

This formula can be combined — joined — with any other formula.

The therapy's own worked example. A patient says he took some tablet, after which indigestion and stomach upset began. We check, and find pain at both Mu and Mu°. Then we can treat thus —

I (30) Medulla · II Fast treatment · III Ajay Normal + (6) Adr · IV ATF + (6) Adr, and so on.

Read what has happened to ITF in that line. The Medulla has gone to the front of the whole session. The adrenal treatment has been attached to the end of each digestive formula rather than given as a block of its own. The digestive work — Fast, Ajay Normal, ATF — is the work the patient's pain points called for, and it has not been displaced by a single step.

That is the model. ITF is not a protocol that replaces your plan. It is a pair of steps you add to the plan the examination has already given you — because the inflammation you are treating is nearly always sitting inside some other patient's other problem.

Two things govern the joining, and neither is optional. The order rule stands: whatever formula you are joining to is performed in the order it is written, and (6) Adr goes where the line puts it. And the rest between two whole formulas is five minutes, which is set out with its example in Table 8, How a Formula Is Built — the inflammation formula, then the abdomen-setting sequence, with a gap of five minutes in between.

And there is a second route to the same errand, in another family altogether, which a student should know exists rather than discover by accident. Within the UDF group there is an infection or inflammation formula — (3) Raman at the front, the light Parkhoo pass, (½) Ku – 20 secs × 6 treatments, then the compulsory pair and the absorption tail. It is built on the basophils and the cortisol route rather than on the adrenal rub, and it belongs to a patient whose trouble is undigested food with inflammation on top of it. Two families, two routes, two kinds of patient.

ITF over two days. The inflammation formula as a two-day shape — Medulla once at the front of day one, the adrenal treatment rising from two occasions to three — with each prohibition attached to the point that actually carries it, the acute twenty-minute regimen, and the worked example of joining ITF onto another formula.
