WHAT TO CARRY AWAY Blood is safe while it moves. Stop it or slow it and it begins to set — clotting — which is a law of nature made for our protection, since otherwise a blow would bleed a person to death. And the opposite is equally fatal: clotting inside the vessels, unwanted. The body stands between two catastrophes.
Heparin is the body's own anticoagulant, and its work is not to let clots form. About 85 per cent is made by mast cells of the liver and the lungs; the remaining 15 per cent by every tissue — the pericapillary connective tissues — and by basophil leukocytes.
Why those two organs: because they are the two places where the body deliberately slows its own blood. The liver's sinusoids are narrow and winding so that the Kupffer cells can finish red cells older than 120 days, and any germ, bacterium or virus, within one hundredth of a second; the lung's alveoli need the same hundredth of a second for carbon dioxide out and oxygen in. Slow blood is blood in danger of setting — so mast cells make heparin exactly there. Therefore: provoke the liver and the lung, and heparin can be made.
A clot is built in three lines. Prothrombin (+ calcium) + thrombokinase → thrombin. Thrombin + fibrinogen → fibrin. Fibrin + wounded blood cells → a clot. Twelve clotting factors in all; chief among them vitamin K, platelets and calcium, with prothrombin and fibrinogen made by the liver.
If an ingredient is missing, clotting will not occur — a slight injury bleeds continuously, and in women the menses will not stop at all. When we give such women the acid formula, the bleeding stops — so perhaps if the blood's pH is more acidic, thrombokinase cannot work properly. The perhaps is the therapy's own.
A clot already formed is dissolved by plasmin, made from the plasminogen already inside the clot once tPA, released by the injured tissue and the inner layer of the vessels, has worked on it — after about 24 hours. Plasmin resembles trypsin. If plasminogen or tPA are not properly made, clots keep growing and become the cause of paralysis or other diseases.
P. Heparin — (8) Pan (7) Liv (8) Ch. Only — pancreas, liver, lung in that order: the pancreas to digest the fibrin of the old clot, because plasmin resembles trypsin and trypsin is the pancreas's; the liver and lung to make heparin. Named Plasmin Heparin because it was seen doing both. This can be given to all patients. Nowadays (½) Ku – 6 secs is given at the beginning of every Heparin formula, for the mast cells.
The one instruction that stops the whole family: if blood is flowing, or there is a wound, then until the wound heals, do not give any Heparin treatment at all.
Its results, as reported. Clots in the menses stop after one or two treatments, and do not return for some years. In heart blockage, breathlessness stops first, and over several months the ejection fraction increases. In raised diastolic pressure it is corrected at once, by the renin argument. Recent paralysis gets relief quickly; an old disease can take a good deal of time.
The eleven, by their prefixes. A. = acid, for pain at Mu° . G. = 'glandins, (30) Medulla , systolic BP and the hot red knee with no Mu° pain — not in heart disease. J. = joints , (4) Para and (6) Adr , night cramps and aching weakness . M. = (6) Medulla , the brain , meningitis , hydrocephalus , Bell's palsy , cranial nerve VI. T. / TT. = (4) or (8) Thymus+Chest, after a blow, only once the wound has dried. X. = (10) Medulla , the vagus , pain at Pan or Gas. PT. = the last step replaced, for pain. F. = (18) Pan , old set fibrin. Anti F. = (2) Pan , unwanted growth. Multi = all six parts.
F. and Anti F. differ in one number and do opposite things. They are not a strong one and a weak one. And (2) Pan held longer than six seconds acts like (4) Pan .
Multi Heparin , in order: I open the channels — (15) Left Medulla (6) Lt. Swt × 3; II the calcium in the clot — (4) Para (7) Liv (8) Ch. Only (10) Adr; III the fibrin — F. Heparin ; IV the unwanted growth — Anti F. Heparin ; V the mast cells — (½) Ku – 6 secs × 8; VI the circulation kept regular — P. Heparin, last. A sure remedy for all kinds of paralysis, infarct , clot, or years-old pain.
The returning-pain test. Apart from paralysis and heart disease, these formulas are given chiefly in pains: if relief lasts a few hours and the pain comes back, understand there is some clot in the related part — and give the appropriate Heparin formula, after re-checking Mu°.
The prefix that makes a formula useful is the prefix that makes it dangerous. Every bar of every prefix is inherited whole by the formula containing it, and by no formula that does not.
Teeth point may not be given until the appropriate heparin treatment according to the patient's body has been given — the appropriate one, chosen by that patient's findings, not any one.
Of the newest three, the therapy says: it will be known further from experience. Research upon these is continuing.
