Also called: Ulta 1,25 DCC for thin stool, Reversed 1,25 DCC with lighter spine work
This is the fourth version of the Neurotherapy (LMNT) calcium formula, 1,25 DCC. It is chosen when the stool is very thin and comes three or four times a day — read in Neurotherapy (LMNT) as alkali having risen a good deal. The order is reversed, and the spine work is made lighter on purpose.
Overview
What is the thin-stool form of Ulta 1,25 DCC?
The 1,25 DCC formula supports the chain of organs that makes active vitamin D — the hormone that helps the intestine absorb calcium. Neurotherapy (LMNT) keeps four versions of it and picks one each day from the form of the stool and the pain at the two kidney points beside the navel.
When the stool is medium, the order of two pairs is turned around — that is Ulta 1,25 DCC. When the stool is very thin and frequent, the body has leaned further towards alkali. So the order is turned around in the same way, and in addition the spine work, which lowers acid, is made lighter, while the chest work, which lowers alkali, stays at full strength.

In the thin-stool form the balance is tipped on purpose: the chest work, which lowers alkali, stays full, and the spine work, which lowers acid, is made lighter.
What it is for
What is it used for?
The work of the 1,25 DCC formula — supporting the body's own making of active vitamin D, for the absorption of calcium and other body salts.
For the patient whose stool is very thin and comes three or four times a day, whom Neurotherapy (LMNT) reads as having a good deal of extra alkali.
To lower the alkali more than the ordinary balance would, which the teaching says such patients need.
Points it works through
Which points does it work through?
The same set as every 1,25 DCC formula. Only the order and the weight of the closing pair differ. The exact method is taught hands-on in the Neurotherapy (LMNT) course.
Chest Only, which lowers alkali. Here it is kept at full strength.
Position:Lying on the back (supine) for the liver, parathyroid, kidney and chest points, and face down (prone) for the spine.
The exact technique is taught hands-on in the Neurotherapy (LMNT) course. See the course →
How it works
Why is the balance broken on purpose?
In Neurotherapy (LMNT), Chest Only and the Round Arrow are a balancing pair, matched in strength so that together they leave the acid–alkali balance steady. In this one version the teaching breaks that rule deliberately and says why: by keeping the chest work full against a lighter spine, the alkali is lowered more than it would be in a balanced pair — which is what patients with thin stools need.
The explanation travels with the formula so that nobody mistakes the uneven pair for a slip of the pen.
Its family
Which formulas are related?
The four stool-chosen versions of 1,25 DCC, and the other reversed formulas.
Ulta 1,25 DCC — The reversed form for a medium, cow-dung-like stool, with the closing pair in its usual balance.
AlkalosisVery thin, frequent stools are read as alkali raised a good deal
Diarrhoea (loose motions)The stool picture that selects this version — the loose motions themselves still need their own care
Safety: when it is held back
Thin, frequent stools mean water and salt are being lost. A person who is dizzy on standing, passing little urine, very thirsty, or has blood in the stool, fever or severe pain needs a doctor first. How to tell a patient to see a doctor
No forceful pressure on the spine of anyone with thin bones, long steroid use or a fracture from a small fall. Children, the very weak and people with osteoporosis are treated with the hands only, and children get light treatment. Osteoporosis
The kidney points are not roused in kidney failure or kidney cancer; Chest Only is not given in lung cancer; Liv is not given with cancer in the liver. Kidney disease
Keep taking the medicines your doctor prescribed. Neurotherapy (LMNT) works alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
Common questions
Is this a treatment for diarrhoea?
No. It is the calcium formula, adjusted for a person whose stool is thin. Loose motions themselves are handled with their own formulas and, where needed, by a doctor.
Why is the spine work lighter here?
The spine work lowers acid. With a lot of extra alkali in the body, lowering acid further is not wanted, so it is reduced while the alkali-lowering chest work stays full.
Could I get a different version next time?
Yes. The version is decided at every visit from your stool and the kidney points.
Surprising facts
1Your gut handles litres of water a day
Around eight to nine litres of fluid from food, drink and digestive juices enter the gut each day, and all but about a tenth of a litre is taken back. Thin stools mean that recovery is failing.

2Active vitamin D is made in the kidney
The final step that turns stored vitamin D into the active hormone happens mainly in the kidney, switched on by parathyroid hormone.

3Calcium runs your heartbeat
Only about 1% of the body's calcium is outside the bones, yet that small share controls muscle contraction, nerve signals and the heartbeat.
