Multivitamin formulae, the 2007 revision

Also called: Revised Multivitamin formulas, Multivitamin with Rt. Parkhoo

In July 2007 the four Multivitamin formulas were revised: the right hip point for folic acid, Rt. Parkhoo, was added beside the vitamin B12 block in all four. The middle became folic acid plus B12, because red blood cells mature properly only when both are present.

Overview

What is the 2007 revision of the Multivitamin formulas?

The four Multivitamin formulas were made for tiredness caused by four named shortages — sugar, sodium, calcium and vitamin B12. Each has its own opening and closing point, and all four share a vitamin B12 block in the middle.

On 29 July 2007 a note was made: from now on Rt. Parkhoo should also be added to the Multivitamin formula — for folic acid. In place of the B12 formula, the Folic Black formula is given. One point was added to the middle block, and nothing was taken away.

The reason is the one the vitamin teaching rests on: red blood cells mature only when both B12 and folic acid are present. A family of formulas for tiredness that held only half of that pair was bound to improve by holding both.

The 2007 revision brought the right hip, for folic acid, beside the left hip's B12 work.

What it is for

What does the revision change, and why?

  • It adds folic acid to all four Multivitamin formulas, so that folic acid stands beside vitamin B12.
  • It keeps every other part of the four formulas exactly as it was — the opening points, the B12 block and the closing points.
  • It makes the middle of each formula the same as Pure Folic Black — folic acid together with the whole B12 work.

Points it works through

Which points do the revised formulas work through?

The revised formulas keep their own opening and closing points and work through this middle set, listed here with what each contributes. The exact method is taught hands-on in the Neurotherapy (LMNT) course.

Rt. Parkhoo

The new point: the right hip at the edge of the thigh bone, for folic acid.

Gal

The gall bladder point, part of the B12 block. The gall bladder is called the store-room of the liver.

(7) Liv

The liver point, part of the B12 block. The liver keeps the body's store of vitamin B12.

Lt. Parkhoo

The left hip point at the edge of the thigh bone — the B12 point — to ease its pain and help the body absorb vitamin B12, which the nerves need.

Pit

The opening point of formulas 1 and 2, for sugar — unchanged.

Para

The opening point of formulas 3 and 4 — for calcium in formula 3, for long-standing low blood pressure in formula 4 — unchanged.

ADR

The closing point of all four — for sodium or for sugar, as each formula needs — unchanged.

Position: As for each Multivitamin formula: lying on the back for the opening point and for the gall bladder and liver points; on the side for both hip points; and face down for the adrenal point.

The exact technique is taught hands-on in the Neurotherapy (LMNT) course. See the course →

How it works

How does the revision work?

Look at the four formulas side by side. Each was one design with two adjustable ends and a fixed middle. The revision touched only the middle: the three B12 points became the four points of Pure Folic Black, with the right hip added.

Rt. Parkhoo is the point found to rouse folic acid on its own. Patients with pain at that point, given it alone, got about as much benefit as from the whole folic acid formula — which is why it was the one point chosen to carry folic acid into the Multivitamin family.

Its family

Which formulas does the revision touch?

All four Multivitamin formulas, and the folic acid line it borrows from.

  • Multivitamin formula 1 — For a shortage of sugar and sodium — tiredness, children with fits from that shortage, sportsmen cramping in the evening.
  • Multivitamin formula 2 — For very low sugar — dizziness after only a little exercise. Not for heart or high blood pressure patients.
  • Multivitamin formula 3 — For a shortage of calcium with sugar or sodium — cramps by day and at night.
  • Multivitamin formula 4 — For long-standing low blood pressure with weakness in the body.
  • Pure Folic Black — Folic acid and B12 together — the sequence that became the middle in the 2007 revision.
  • Vitamin B₁₂ formula — The B12 formula that forms the fixed middle of all four.
  • Black treatment — The genes formula that keeps folic acid before B12 — the same order the revision uses.
  • Folic acid formula — The folic acid formula, whose effect one hip point was found to match.

What it is used for

When are the revised formulas used?

For the same patients as the four Multivitamin formulas, each chosen by its own finding.

Tiredness and weakness

Cramps and pressure

Safety: when it is held back

  • Every bar of the formula it is added to still applies. Formula 2 is never given to heart patients, to those paralysed because of high blood pressure, or to high blood pressure patients. Multivitamin formula 2
  • Pit raises blood sugar, so it is not given to diabetic patients. It raises alkali, so it is not given in high blood pressure, in cancer or in fits. Pit
  • (2) Adr holds salt in the body, so it is not given to high blood pressure patients. (2) Adr
  • (6) Adr lowers immunity, so it is not given in septicaemia, HIV/AIDS or cancer. It lowers acid and raises alkali, so it is not given in high blood pressure. (6) Adr
  • Gal is not given in leukaemia (blood cancer) or other diseases with a raised white cell count, in asthma, or to people passing very little urine. Liv is not given in liver cancer. Gal
  • (2) Para is not given to high blood pressure patients, and (4) Para is not given alone in osteoporosis. Para
  • Tiredness that will not go can come from anaemia, thyroid trouble, diabetes and other illnesses that need tests. See a doctor for it. How to tell a patient to see a doctor
  • No treatment is given without first examining that day's pain points — not even 'the same as yesterday'.
  • Keep taking the medicines your doctor prescribed. Neurotherapy (LMNT) works alongside your medical care, never instead of it.

Common questions

Do I need the old or the revised form?

The revision was written to be used from 2007 onward. Your therapist decides on the day, after examining your pain points.

Why folic acid and B12 together?

Because both are needed to build the DNA of new red blood cells. With either one short, the cells grow large but do not mature properly.

Does this replace folic acid tablets my doctor gave me?

No. Keep taking what your doctor prescribed — especially in pregnancy, when folic acid protects the baby's spine and brain.

Surprising facts

1Red cells need two vitamins, not one

Vitamin B12 and folic acid work together to build the DNA of new blood cells. A shortage of either one gives the same large, immature red cells — a megaloblastic anaemia.

2The liver keeps years of B12 in stock

The body stores vitamin B12 mainly in the liver, and the store is large enough that a shortage can take years to show after intake falls.

3Adults make red cells in flat bones

In childhood almost every bone makes blood. By adulthood red cells are made mainly in flat bones such as the hip bones, the breastbone and the vertebrae.
