Jaw Points — जॉ पॉइंट्स
On both cheeks, as shown in the figure, press and release at the point marked near the mandibular bone.
This is excellent for pains of the teeth and the gums.

What lies beneath. The point sits on the thick slab that closes the jaw, from the cheekbone to the angle of the jawbone — the commonest site in the head for the pain of clenching. Muscle work can quieten a jaw; it cannot treat a gum.
Teeth Points is taught to the patient and given on the painful side only; Jaw Points is a marked station given by the therapist on both cheeks.
