The Injury formula: help after a blow, bruise or sprain
The Injury formula is the Neurotherapy (LMNT) treatment given after a blow or an accident. It works through the gall bladder, the liver and the chest group, and is also used to fade the marks of old wounds, burns and scalds.
Overview
When a blow lands, tiny blood vessels under the skin break. If the skin tears, blood flows out. If it does not, the blood collects under the skin as a bruise or a haematoma, which means a pocket of trapped blood. As that blood clots, a pale yellow watery fluid called serum separates out, and clearing it is the first job after an injury.
The formula rests on three plain facts. Bile, made by the liver and stored in the gall bladder, works as the body's own antiseptic. The liver's Kupffer cells, its cleaning cells, clear away dead tissue so that new cells can form. And the liver supplies the raw materials for any new tissue. To these the therapy adds its own experience: the Thymus and Thymus Chest treatment eases pain quickly and helps new tissue form.
So the formula works through the toes linked to Gal and Liv on the left foot, the Gal and Liv points, and the chest group, which grows stronger as the treatment builds. The Thyroid point is added for a fresh injury, but not for a very old wound. The course continues until the serum under the bruise has dried.
It is used for bruises, sprains, torn ligaments and collected blood, and the therapy reports that it also fades the marks of years-old wounds, burns and scalds. Guruji wished that sportsmen and their trainers would learn it for injuries on the field. The exact method is taught hands-on in the Neurotherapy (LMNT) course.
Key points
- A bruise is trapped blood; the serum it leaves must clear first.
- Gal and Liv stand for the body's own antiseptic, cleaner and builder.
- The thymus part is there to ease pain and help new tissue form.
- The Thyroid point is for a fresh injury only, not an old wound.
- The same formula is used to fade old wound, burn and scald marks.

Safety: when it is held back
- In diabetes, arthritis or any autoimmune disorder, the thymus part is replaced by Chest Only with the Round Arrow kept to the lower back. The swap is given whole, never half. Ch. Only
- Thymus and Thymus Chest are not given in pregnancy, polio or inflammatory disease, heart disease, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis or other autoimmune disorders, or kidney disease. In cancer, thymus points are never given. Th + Ch
- In heart patients the lighter (2) Thrd is used in place of (4) Thrd, because a stronger thyroid push raises metabolism and loads the heart. (2) Thrd
- A suspected fracture, heavy bleeding, a deep wound or any snake or scorpion bite goes to a hospital first. Neurotherapy (LMNT) is given alongside medical care, never in place of it. Poisoning and snake or scorpion bites
- Neurotherapy (LMNT) works alongside your medical care. Do not stop or change any medicine on your own; ask the doctor who prescribed it.
Guruji says
“Whoever wishes to take appropriate steps in this direction, or wishes to test the success of our treatments, we are always ready to cooperate with them.”

A full Hindi demonstration of the Injury formula: 60 Toe-Finger twists on the third and fourth toes of the left foot, three rounds; then Gal, Liv and Chest Only; then Gal, Liv, Thymus and Chest with the armpits, at four and at eight — a minute's gap between parts, and only as much weight as the patient can bear.
A shorter Hindi demonstration of the same Injury formula: the toe work on the left foot three times, then Gal, Liv and Chest Only, then Gal, Liv with Thymus and Chest at four and at eight, with a minute's rest between parts.
In LMNT teaching the armpits are always given with Thymus + Chest; this video does not show them. Thymus + Chest is not given in diabetes, heart disease, pregnancy or autoimmune disease.
