The vitamin and genes formulas in brief: B12, folic acid and the genes
This family of formulas is built around vitamin B12 and folic acid, the two vitamins red blood cells need to mature. Tender points at the left and right waist guide the choice, and the genes formulas grew from the same thinking.
Overview
A vitamin is something the body cannot build for itself. So the therapy words its claims with care: the B12 formula is said to increase the absorption of vitamin B12, and the folic acid formula to help either the making or the absorption of folic acid. Both vitamins are needed for red blood cells to mature.
The B12 point is at the left waist and the folic acid point at the right waist; both are found by gentle pressure. Signs of a B12 shortage include darker skin over the knuckles, patches on the face, and feet that stay asleep long after sitting cross-legged. A shortage of folic acid is linked with anaemia and with birth defects of the spine. In a small child who cannot report pain, the mother's own points are checked.
The family is built from a few blocks: a digestive preparation, the right hip, the B12 pair and the left hip. Which blocks are present decides the formula, from the plain B12 or folic acid formula up to Large Folic Black. In a bent waist, called tilt, the tender side chooses the formula. Because both vitamins act on DNA and RNA, the same thinking led to the three genes formulas. The exact method is taught hands-on in the Neurotherapy (LMNT) course.
The next question goes further: pain in many joints that never fully leaves. That leads to the Star formulas.
Key points
- B12 and folic acid are both needed for red cells to mature.
- The B12 point is the left waist; the folic acid point the right.
- The family is built from a few blocks, combined in different ways.
- In tilt, the tender hip decides the formula, not the bend.
- The genes formulas grew from the link between vitamins and DNA.

Safety: when it is held back
- After Large Folic Black, only a small dark start to the next morning's stool is expected. A whole black, tarry, foul-smelling stool, especially with weakness or faintness, is an emergency for a doctor today. Large Folic Black
- Birth defects of the spine, cleft lip or palate, and heart defects in children are under specialist care; Neurotherapy (LMNT) is given alongside, never in place of it. Spina bifida
- Rt. Ov., used in some of these formulas, is never given in cancer. Rt. Ov.
- Neurotherapy (LMNT) works alongside your medical care. Do not stop or change any medicine or supplement on your own; ask the doctor who prescribed it.
